Information entered into the tools
When you submit a domain name or IP address, the website sends that value to its own server-side DNS endpoint. The endpoint forwards a standard DNS-over-HTTPS query to a configured public DNS resolver and returns only the record information needed to display the result.
Technical logs
The hosting and security provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested page, and security signals. These logs may be used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and investigate errors.
Cookies
Public lookup tools do not require an account cookie. The protected administrator area uses a short-lived, encrypted and signed session cookie. It is marked Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and is not available to page JavaScript.
Analytics and advertising
This starter package does not activate analytics or advertising. If advertising or analytics is added later, this policy must be updated before activation. A consent platform may also be required depending on the visitor’s location and the services used.
Data sharing
DNS lookup values are shared with the configured DNS resolver to complete the requested lookup. The site does not intentionally sell personal information. Service providers may process technical data only as needed to host, secure, measure, or monetize the website after those services are enabled.
Retention
The application code does not create a permanent database of public lookup history. Hosting and security logs may follow the provider’s retention settings. Administrator session cookies expire automatically.
Your choices
You may use the local IPv4 converter without sending an address to the server. You may also stop using the lookup tools at any time. Browser settings can be used to clear cookies.
